On Tuesday the 11th of October 2022 VMware released the latest version of vSphere, vSphere 8. This is VMware Initial Release (IA) which should transition to the more commonly known GA release in around 4-6 weeks. This change in the release process is to provide additional comfort as customers using the IA release will be able to provide feedback prior to the release being transitioned to GA.
