This reduces our commuting emissions to zero under normal circumstances.
Our infrastructure is hosted in energy efficient cloud datacentres.
Our datacentres are powered by renewable energy allowing us to drastically reduce the impact on carbon emissions that is created by heating and cooling these systems compared with inefficient datacentres.
We purchase low-energy hardware specifically for user endpoint devices. These devices run IGEL OS to minimise the power requirements and access our VDI technologies in the datacentres. Due to the light duties required on the endpoint (and fewer components) we typically see devices continue to operate for 5+ years.
